Prices

The prices quoted in our price list are nett, without engagement, and are subject to alterations without notice. Supplies will be invoiced at the ruling rates on the date of dispatch.

Payment

Goods will be dispatched on cash against delivery basis or through schedule bank only or by V.P.P. Delivery from our warehouse or factory will be made against cash or against cheque on having realised the sum.

Taxes & Duties

As per government rules extra prevailing on the date of invoicing. Necessary tax concession forms to be sent in advance along with the order.

Breakage & Loss

As we have NOT made arrangements for INSURING the supplies, customers are advised to insure the consignment at their end. We take due care in packing and dispatching to avoid breakages. No claim shall be entertained on this behalf, once the goods have left our godown.

Delivery

Prices in the price list are on Ex-godown Vadodara basis. However, the goods will be offered on F.O.R. destination by cheapest mode of transport suitable to us, if the nett value of invoice works out to be of Rs. 3000-00 or more except for mineral acids. Orders less than the nett value of Rs. 250-00 may not be entertained.

MINERAL ACIDS will be offered on F.O.R. destination basis by the cheapest mode of transport if the net value of invoice works out to be of Rs. 3000-00 or more. MINERAL ACIDS will be supplied in case lot packings only of 10 bottles each of 500 ml. packing and of 4 bottles each of 2.5 lit. packing. Orders less than the nett value of Rs. 250-00 will not be entertained.

Whenever we run out of stock, order for those items will be closed. However, on request the order will be placed on priority basis and supplied at the rates ruling on the date of dispatch. We shall not be liable in any respect for failure or delay in fulfillment or performance of an order if hindered or prevented directly by circumstances beyond our control.

Bulk Requirements

Orders and inquiries for listed and non-listed products in bulk quantities or to customer's specifications are invited and welcomed, in which case fine chemicals can be offered in bulk containers at special prices.

Export

Special prices and terms will be offered for export enquiries.

Amendments or Cancellations

Once the ordered goods are processed and packed, no amendments or cancellations will be accepted. Goods once sold cannot be taken back except rejected, subject to our approval as per warranty clause as under.

Warranty

We warrant that the goods we supply will comply with the description given by us and should this warranty not be complied with, we will indemnify the buyers against loss suffered by them in an amount not exceeding the price paid by them for the goods or price of new price list whichever is lowest. Save as aforesaid every warranty, condition or representation whether express or implied is hereby excluded, neither shall we become liable for other loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused.

We may in case of rejection insist on your analysis report including the methods employed in analysis. We reserve the right to prove the product as per our standards.

Subject to VADODARA jurisdiction only.
